Special Episode: A Visitor’s Response to Toastmasters

We always ask during the last few minutes of a meeting what visitors think. We usually get a brief sentence or two. Melissa Norwalk, a student in Effective Workplace Communication at the Community College of Vermont, attended Toast of the Valley on February 12 2008. Melissa speaks for five minutes about her expectations and experience at the meeting. While directed primarily at other students in Effective Workplace Communication, Melissa's comments offer food-for-thought for Toastmaster's members as well.
